WHAT'S INCLUDED: Our contract includes a two-year health guarantee which covers any major hereditary/congenital defects and a 10-day guarantee on any contagious disease. It is your responsibility to continue to keep up to date on vaccinations to protect against contagious diseases. We also provide a pedigree, vaccination records, veterinary signed health certificate, training information, grooming information, care booklet, and a travel crate if shipping is required. While our puppies do have show quality potential, we typically place our puppies in loving pet homes with an AKC pet registration. If you are looking for full AKC registration, special consideration will be given on an individual basis. We also provide a packet of puppy food, a hydration packet, a small blanket with the scents of home, and a toy.

SHIPPING DETAILS: We use Delta Airlines for shipping and have a contract with a booking agent to get the best reservations, flight options and rates. They offer service for pets to most major airports in the United States. Shipping charges are currently $250. This fee also includes a pet travel crate which is yours to keep for traveling and housetraining. We can also ship into Canada. If you have an airport in mind, we can check availability and flight details. Delta Airlines has very high standards and strict regulations regarding all aspects in handling our puppies in travel. We typically travel to the Minneapolis area on Tuesdays (weather permitting), so this is the best day of the week we are available to go to the airport as well. The airline requires temperatures at many airports to be between 10-85 degrees at departure and arrival times. This varies from airport to airport based on their facilities. So keep in mind we may have to be flexible due to weather, airlines schedule changes, and anything that may come up. If they need to reschedule, we will notify you immediately.

PAYMENT: If you decide to reserve a puppy, a non-refundable down payment will hold him/her for you. The balance is due anytime prior to making the shipping reservations or when you pick up your puppy. We accept money order, check, or Pay Pal. If you would like to use Pay Pal, a fee of 3% applies. We will need your name, address and telephone number exactly as you would like it to appear on the paperwork and reservations. Sales taking place in MN require us to collect sales tax also.

K9 BLUELITE: With each puppy we provide a packet of K9 BlueLite. We love this product! It is great for when our puppies travel to their new homes to help keep them hydrated and keep their energy levels up. (It is similar to giving a child Pedialyte.) Going to a new home can be a little stressful for a puppy so this helps them adjust. We also recommend having this product on hand future traveling, vet procedures, etc. There is a link to this product on our links page.

FOOD: We feed high quality Royal Canin small breed puppy food. We provide a packet of food for each puppy. We recommend using this same food if possible. There is a link to the Royal Canin website on our links page. On their site, you can enter your zip code to find the closest retailer that carries this food. It is available at local pet supply stores as well as Petco and PetSmart.
